I ain't that crazy yet!

So, sis#3 is mega sick. Trying to figure out how to shuffle her 3 kids is difficult this time of year. My employers are gone to our biggest show of the year and I'm getting ready for one here close.
As I'm writing this I'm trying to keep Jessie Jane happy and roll the ball to Josey Wales. I guess you could say I'm babysitting both of them at this point.

Jessie Jane didn't want to go to sleep til late since she took a really good nap til about 9 last night. Long about midnight I'm getting very, very bleary eyed. She finally went to sleep. This morning I had to gather all her stuff to bring her to work with me. This isn't a very child friendly environment I work in. There's tools and breakable stuff everywhere. I brought a pen to keep her in, but she's not digging it! I don't think she's had many boundaries in her short life so far. And another thing, she REALLY didn't like staying in the pick-up while I was feeding the horses this morning! It was way too cold to take her out with me. When I got back in she had pulled her hat off, tossed the bottle, peeled back the blanket and was sobbing. Not a pretty sight!

After we got all the stuff unloaded, I'm using the word "we" very loosely, Jessie Jane needed a DP so we headed to the store down the road. Unfortunately for me they don't take cards in the drive through so I had to pull around and go inside. No wonder my sister's get mad about that stuff. Just take the cards already!!

I hear these stories about women who choose to have a baby by themselves if they haven't found Mr. Right by a certain age. What are they thinking!?! There's not a snowball's chance in Houston that I'm gonna "choose" to have a baby and then raise that baby alone. It's way too hard!!! It's hard enough when there's 2 parents who are willing to bear the whole brunt of the load. And joy, I'm know there's loads of that. But how would one be able to appreciate all the joy if they're wiped 24/7?

Believe me, if there was one inkling of that thought in my head, which there wasn't, it's gone now!!! I ain't that crazy yet!!!!!
